


Tajarin with Truffle
This gourmet dish begins with the careful selection of the best ingredients: fresh eggs, high quality durum wheat semolina and truffles chosen to guarantee their aroma over time, carefully kneaded to obtain a perfect consistency.
The pasta is slowly rolled to create thin sheets of pasta, resulting in cuts such as tagliatelle, fettuccine or pappardelle ready to make your work easier in the kitchen and for an amazing dish with your guests.
USE: Cook in boiling salted water for 4/5 minutes (1L water, 7g salt per 100g pasta), drain and serve adding a dressing of your choice or, if you prefer, extra virgin olive oil and parmesan.
