PIEDMONTESE COOKING SCHOOL

If you are interested in learning how to make Piedmontese tagliatelle, we invite you to join our cooking class. During the class, we will show you how to prepare the dough, how to roll it out by hand and how to cut it into strips. You will also learn how to prepare a simple meat sauce, with which to season your tagliatelle.

The cooking class will take place at our Cascina Biarella farmhouse, in an informal and convivial environment. At the end of the lesson, you will be able to taste the tagliatelle you have prepared, together with us and the other participants.
