


Polenta with Truffle
The polenta is already ready, that is, it already contains all the necessary seasonings and allows you to obtain your favorite dish in just a few minutes.
FORMAT: 220 g
DIRECTIONS FOR USE FOR POLENTA: Bring about 1 liter of unsalted water to the boil (or 1/2 liter of water and 1/2 of milk if desired) adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Slowly pour in the polenta and stir for 3 minutes. Season with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serves 5
