For lovers of intense and refined flavors, we offer our artisanal Tajarin enriched with authentic black summer truffle. This prized underground mushroom is expertly blended into the dough, giving the pasta a deep, earthy, and unmistakable aroma.
While the egg pasta base is created using our traditional method (non-extruded sheet, bronze die, and slow drying), the truffle elevates the product to a gourmet level.
The result is a Tajarin with the perfect consistency and enveloping aroma, ideal for transforming a simple meal into a high-class culinary experience.
Preparation: Cook in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes (1L of water, 7g of salt per 100g of pasta). A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or a knob of melted butter will enhance the natural truffle aroma present in the pasta.
