Made with grandma Ninetta 's recipe, it goes well with boiled meat or fish, but is excellent as a condiment for our egg pasta.

INGREDIENTS : basil, extra virgin olive oil, pecorino cheese ( milk , salt, rennet) , salt, garlic, pine nuts. Made without preservatives, after opening be careful to cover the product with a thin layer of oil, it will keep in this way for a few weeks
