Our story is a journey between Liguria and Piedmont. Officially founded in 1998 , we have our roots in the vision of our great-grandfather Giovanni Ferrari , who, as early as the 1920s, was bringing prized Ligurian olive oil from the sea to the Piedmont hills. Oil is our starting point, the golden thread that has never abandoned us.

With grandfather Mariano, quality became our DNA. This passion has been passed down to his children, who have consolidated the brand on the tables of many Italian and international families, and in the finest restaurants.

Today, we are the fourth generation, and our commitment translates into three excellent products: Family Oil (our historic bond), the legendary Tajarin (the symbol of Piedmontese fresh pasta), and our PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts from Dogliani, the result of the redevelopment of a land we hold dear.

We don't limit ourselves to pure tradition: we constantly work with high-quality local ingredients to offer customers the opportunity to experience tradition with a creative twist.
