Made with Italian durum wheat semolina , the result of a selection that comes from years of experience. The dough, which combines fresh eggs and semolina, is designed to ensure a pasta that stands up perfectly to cooking and maintains its texture, offering a unique tasting experience.
The drying process takes place at low temperatures, preserving the quality and flavor of the final product.
Directions: Cook in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes (1L of water, 5g of salt per 100g of pasta). Drain and season to taste, or simply with extra virgin olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
