Truffle Tajarin with Lemon Butter
With just a few ingredients, you'll bring a refined, creamy dish to the table, ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
- 250g of Tajarin with Ferrari Truffle
- 60g of butter
- 1 Lemon (zest)
- Coarse salt to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta: Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once the water boils, add the Truffle Tajarin and cook for 3-4 minutes, until al dente.
- Prepare the sauce: While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a nonstick pan. Add the grated lemon zest (only the yellow part, mind you!) and let it cook for a few minutes.
- Add the pasta to the sauce: Drain the tajarin al dente, reserving a little of the cooking water. Transfer the pasta to the pan with the butter and toss well to combine the flavors. If necessary, add a little of the cooking water to make it creamier.
- Plate and garnish: Using tongs, form a nest of pasta on the plate. Drizzle with the remaining melted butter from the pan and, for a finishing touch, add an additional grated lemon zest .
The dish is ready to be enjoyed! A delicious, creamy and aromatic tajarin with truffle , with a hint of freshness from the lemon.
